Taxotere is an anticancer medicine used to treat certain cancers of the breast, lung, prostate, stomach, or head and neck. Taxotere is administered intravenously (injected directly into a vein). Taxotere may cause potentially life-threatening problems, especially if you have liver problems, receive high doses of Taxotere, or have lung cancer and have been treated with chemotherapy medicines that contain platinum.
